Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service receive a full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled once without penalty or receive a 50% refund
• No-shows without prior cancellation are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide a full refund

Rescheduling

Services can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours are subject to availability and may incur fees.

User Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

• Behave respectfully toward staff and other participants
• Follow safety instructions and guidelines
• Disclose any dietary restrictions, allergies, or health concerns
• Arrive on time for scheduled services
• Not engage in any disruptive or inappropriate behavior

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately without refund for violation of conduct standards.

Liability and Safety

Assumption of Risk

Participation in cooking classes and workshops involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to working with sharp tools, hot surfaces, and allergens. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Health and Allergies

You are responsible for informing us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions that may affect your participation. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate restrictions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow Odyssey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
